West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar, in an interview with NDTV, said the law-and-order situation in the state is very grim. Talking about his bitter exchanges with the state government, he said he is just performing his duty. "West Bengal is not a state within a state. It is not Mamata Banerjee's fiefdom. The state is to function under law," he said.
