The DMK has intensified its campaign against the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) by moving notices in both Houses of Parliament. In the Rajya Sabha, senior DMK MP Tiruchi Siva has submitted a suspension of business notice under Rule 267, seeking a discussion on NEET's impact on medical aspirants and demanding its abolition. In the Lok Sabha, the party has also moved an adjournment motion calling for an immediate ban on NEET and an investigation into the alleged use of force against students protesting at Delhi's Jantar Mantar.
