The Competition Appellate Tribunal will begin rehearing DLF's appeal against the Competition Commission of India's (CCI) Rs 630 crore penalty order today. Vinod Dhall, Former Chairman, Competition Commission of India & Chairman, Dhall Law Chambers and Rahul Singh, Counsel, Trilegal discuss this case on NDTV Profit. “Passing of the order can take time. DLF can appeal to the Supreme Court,” said Dhall.
