Nearly two months after the Mumbai terror attacks, British Foreign Secretary David Miliband is on a three-day visit to India as a mark of solidarity. According to the diplomatic sources, Britain had given the 'most clinching evidence' of Pakistani links to Mumbai attacks to Pakistan.
