The much awaited by-polls in Chennai's RK Nagar - former Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa's constituency - has been postponed by the Election Commission after allegations of bribes being given to voters. The cancellation of this high-stakes contest between the rival factions of the AIADMK has once again put the credibility of polls at stake.
