Bihar News | Bihar Govt Defends Police Action In Student Protests, Clarifies AK-47 Firing In Siwan

The Bihar government has filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court defending police action during student protests and denying allegations of disproportionate force. On the Siwan AK-47 firing, the government said a constable fired four rounds in the air after being caught in a crowd, with no protesters injured. The constable has been suspended and a ballistics investigation is underway.
