Janshakthi Janta Dal (JJD) chief Tej Pratap Yadav was remanded to 14 days of judicial custody after being produced before a court in Patna shortly after midnight. The son of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav was detained by Patna Police during the Bihar Bandh protests over the NEET paper leak issue. After being taken to multiple police stations, he was presented before a judge around midnight, who ordered his judicial custody. The police are yet to issue an official statement on the case.
