Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge launched a sharp attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, alleging attempts to divide voters and manipulate the electoral process. Addressing supporters, Kharge vowed to continue the opposition's campaign against Gyanesh Kumar, claiming the BJP-led governments at the Centre and in states such as Maharashtra, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh were "stolen governments" and calling for their removal.
