Battle of grades: Indian students rank second last
There are two new reports on the quality of education in the country - one states that India is second last after Kyrgyzstan in a test given to 15-year-olds, and the other says that while there have been improvements in the number of kids in school, there has been a decline in their proficiency in reading and arithmetic.
