Army to Intensify Operations Against Bodo Militants in Assam

The Army will intensify its operations in Assam, that's what Army Chief General Dalbir Singh Suhag told the media after he assessed the ground situation and held talks with Home Minister Rajnath Singh. Sources have told NDTV the Home Minister conveyed to the Army Chief that the Centre wants results in Assam and wants the Army to launch an all-out offensive against the Bodo militants.
