Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav not just supports the political ambition of his sister-in-law, but wants her to "be the urban face of the party," according to 26-year-old Aparna Yadav who is taking on veteran Rita Bahuguna Joshi of the BJP in a high pitched battle for the Lucknow Cantt seat. Aparna also said that insinuations of the Chief Minister resisting her candidacy is malicious gossip.
