Kapil Sibal: "ECI Should File Defamation If Allegations Made Are False"
In an exclusive conversation with NDTV's Vishnu Som, Senior Lawyer & Rayja Sabha Kapil Sibal said that till the time the Chief Election Commissioner categorically denies all the allegations made by news reports there is no reason to believe that the allegations are not true. Sibal added that if the Commission thinks that the allegations are baseless then it should file a defamation case against the concerned newspaper.
