Have you ever spent time inside a sleeping pod at an airport? Meant for passengers to rest briefly before flights or during layovers, these compact spaces can be rented for specific durations. Recently, a reel about the sleeping pods in Bengaluru airport went viral on Instagram. Shared by the vlogger Shiva Rai, the video shows the pods located inside the 080 Lounge at KIA's Terminal 1. The content creator can be seen getting into one of the "mini capsules" and showing how it looks from the inside. Find out more below:
After the automatic doors open, the vlogger points to different buttons in the interior. They are meant to control fans, lights, seat reclination, music, heat, etc. There are options for a massage and "zero-gravity". The digital creator also shows the emergency button installed in the pod. According to him, these pods are "super comfy for quick naps."

In the caption, he also mentioned that one has to pay approximately Rs 1,300 for spending 2 hours in these pods. Passengers have to remove their shoes before entering. He noted that they would not be suitable for claustrophobic people.
