But if there's one issue that unites fans and haters, it's the struggle of switching off lights in hotel rooms. Many times, there is no single switch that turns off all lights. We often have to put them off individually. Even after we do so, we sometimes find lights in inconvenient places or we cannot locate certain switches. As a result, the seemingly simple act of turning off lights becomes a whole pre-bedtime ritual in hotel rooms.

A recent reel about this topic went viral on Instagram and got many people talking. It was shared by Mel Gregory (@mel__g__ ). It shows the woman trying to switch off the lights in her hotel room before she goes to sleep at night. She turns off one switch near the bed, but the other lights are still on.
