
The tranquil landscapes of Bhutan have long been a haven for those seeking serenity amid natural beauty. For Kiran Rao, a recent trip to this picturesque destination provided the perfect opportunity to spend quality time with her son, Azad. Recently, the filmmaker shared glimpses of their Bhutan adventure on Instagram. The post gave her fans a peek into the breathtaking scenery and warm moments they experienced together.

The carousel opened with a picture of Kiran and Azad on the banks of a river. The next slide featured the filmmaker posing with a local. There were glimpses of the green views of the countryside, a flowing stream and herds of horses as they walked the trail toward their destination. During her time in Bhutan, Kiran also visited monasteries and tried the traditional dishes of the country.
In another picture, Azad was seen playing with a cat. Kiran shared a couple of videos of an artist painting on a large canvas. The post concluded with a video of Azad and a woman crossing a bridge. In the caption, Kiran wrote, "Bhutan - Shu lay log jay gae..."
