Former Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa, who was arrested and sent to jail on Saturday in an alleged land scam, was admitted to a hospital in Bangalore in the early hours today after he complained of "discomfort" in the chest and would be kept under observation for 48 hours.
