A Pennsylvania man faces theft charges after police say he stole an Xbox video game system from a store after being turned down for a job there. The Morning Call of Allentown reports 23-year-old Timothy Joseph Mandes is also charged with resisting arrest because he tussled with officers trying to arrest him.
