The Delhi High Court today sought response of Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh on Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI)'s plea seeking vacation of the Himachal Pradesh High Court's interim order restraining the agency from arresting, interrogating or filing a charge sheet against him in a disproportionate assets case.

Nothing Remains In Plea For CBI Probe Against Himachal Chief Minister: High Court

Delhi High Court today observed that "nothing remained" in a PIL seeking a CBI probe against Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh for allegedly amassing assets disproportionate to known sources of his income as the agency was already conducting an investigation.
