Terror Victims Ngo

A group of retired IPS officers including 'encounter specialist' D G Vanzara on Sunday launched an NGO to provide financial and legal aid to victims of terrorism as well as to family members of accused named for terror activities.

DG Vanzara, key accused in the Ishrat Jahan and Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter cases and currently out on bail, will be launching an NGO to "protect the human rights of the victims of terrorism."
