Steel Plant In Kalinga Nagar

Tension gripped Odisha's Jajpur area on Sunday after 10 chopped hands, suspected to be of tribals killed in 2006 police firing, were found in Kalinga Nagar area, police said.

The company has invested over Rs 11,000 crore in the new plant, which will produce flat steel products. It has kept a capex of about Rs 4,000 crore ($800 million) this year for the Kalinga Nagar unit.
