BSNL has soft launched Voice over Wi-Fi (VoWiFi) service for customers in west and south zone circles. The service allows users to make and receive voice calls using a Wi-Fi network instead of their mobile carrier's cellular network. The company has also launched its 4G services in Mumbai. It has also started offering eSIM services across India.
