Punjab Records 70% Turnout, Voting Largely Peaceful

Around 70 per cent of voters in Punjab turned up to vote today till 5 pm for the state's assembly elections. The voting largely remained peaceful even after many places reported faulty electronic voting machines or EVMs. Voting remained peaceful, barring stray incidents of minor clashes and arguments.
