'Puja Samagri' Exempt Under GST Along With Khadi Yarn, National Flag

The GST department has decided to include 'puja samagri' among the list of items to be exempt from the new tax regime along with Khadi yarn, the national flag and Gandhi topi while imitation jewellery, pearls and coins are to carry 3 per cent levy from the next month.
