Govt announces expert group on Kudankulam nuclear plant

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has tried to allay Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa's fears over the Kudankulam nuclear plant, by saying that the promised expert group which would go into the issue of the safety of the proposed plant, would be set up today.
