Two Kashmiri youth arrested for receiving arms training at a Lashkar-e-Taiba camp in Islamabad had crossed the border on valid Pakistani visas, SP Vaid, the Jammu and Kashmir police chief said on Saturday. The two had crossed over through the Wagah border in Punjab.

Britain's envoy to Pakistan has dubbed the country as a "global leader" in visa and passport forgery wuth visa fraud, a deep-rooted industry. About 4,000 people were caught last year while trying to acquire British passports using fake documents, the UK's High Commissioner to Pakistan, Adam Thomson, said.

Britain has decided to make it tough for Pakistani students to step on English soil, following a pilot scheme that found as many as four in ten applicants may be bogus. British Home Office figures have revealed that thousands of student visa applicants cannot speak English, despite claiming that they want to study here, the Daily Mail reported.
