Allow Castration of Child Rapists, Madras High Court Tells Centre

The Centre has been asked to consider castration as punishment for child abusers and rapists, in a strongly-worded judgement by the Madras High Court. "The court cannot be a silent spectator, unmoved and oblivious of the horrible blood curdling gang-rapes of children in various parts of India," the court said.
