Mumbai blasts probe: Usmani had heart attack, says post-mortem report

The post-mortem report says that Faiz had a heart attack. The post-mortem report also says there was a blood clot in the brain; the hospital had said his blood pressure levels had shot up to 250/140 triggering excessive bleeding in the brain.
