Jehadi Terrorism

Pakistan's traditional religious parties feel threatened from the extreme right wing groups - linked to terrorists and jehadi outfits - which have fielded a huge number of candidates for the July 25 elections at the provincial and national level, media reports said today.

Home Minister P Chidambaram has called jehadi terrorism, the North East insurgency and Naxalism, the three biggest security threats to India. But while jehadi terrorism emanates from outside India, the insurgency and Naxalism are within India's control.
