Jayalalithaa's Former Driver, Suspect In Murder Case, Killed In Accident

21 cops involved in Jaya's personal security transferred

Twenty one policemen involved in the personal security of Chief Minister Jayalalitha were given transfer orders today, police sources said. This transferred personnel include 17 Sub-Inspectors and four head constables, the sources said.

No relief from Supreme Court, Jayalalithaa to appear in Bangalore court today

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa will appear in a Bangalore Court at around 11:00 AM today in connection with a corruption case. This comes after the Supreme Court rejected her latest attempt to skip that appearance. The court rejected her concerns about inadequate security on Wednesday.
