There will be no free colour TVs for the people of Tamil Nadu, as Jayalalithaa today scrapped the DMK's most popular programme. The remaining TVs will be given to schools, orphanages and primary health centres. The DMK had for its flagship programme given away 1.6 crore free TVs over the last five years. It went about spending Rs 4000 crore for it....
