Haryana Doctors Strike

The Haryana Civil Medical Services (HCMS) Association on Wednesday called for a shutdown of health services in government hospitals on July 25 to protest non-fulfilment of doctors' demands.

Resident doctors at the PGIMS, Rohtak had gone on an indefinite strike in solidarity with the MBBS students' ongoing agitation.

Doctors at state-run medical institutions in Haryana today observed a two-hour pen-down strike over their various demands, including special package for specialists and allowances on par with their central government counterparts.
