Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday commissioned the Haldia Bulk Terminal (HBT) virtually from Kolkata's iconic Brigade parade ground. Haldia Bulk Terminal is designed to handle dry bulk cargo at an annual capacity of 4 MMTPA.
