Observing that prescribing medicines to patients without diagnosis amounted to culpable negligence, the Bombay High Court has turned down the anticipatory bail pleas of a doctor couple booked for the death of a woman patient.

Two medical students were killed and another got critically injured in a car accident in Karnataka's Belgaum on Sunday morning. According to the police, the driver lost control of the car and hit the divider on NH-4 instantly killing two of them.
