Around 200 people have died and nearly one crore people have been affected in floods caused by heavy rain in West Bengal, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Manipur and Odisha. In Gujarat, 70 people have died since June, news agency Press Trust of India has reported. Large scale relief and rescue operations are underway in all the affected states.
