Indian national Fahim Ansari, earlier accused of being a Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) member and co-conspirator in the 2008 Mumbai attack case, used fake Pakistani official seals to attest his false identity under which he travelled to Pakistan, a government witness told the anti-terrorism court.

Supreme Court agrees to hear plea against acquittal of 26/11 accused

The Supreme Court on Friday issued notices to 26/11 accused Fahim Ansari and Sabauddin Ahmed. Both the accused in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, were acquitted by a Mumbai court and the Bombay High Court.
