IIT Kanpur Develops Application To Assist Children Diagnosed With Dyslexia, Dysgraphia

According to Indian Pediatrics data, the IIT Kanpur statement said, the incidence of dyslexia in Indian primary school children has been reported to be between 2 per cent and 18 per cent, dysgraphia 14 per cent, and dyscalculia 5.5 per cent.

No IIT Degree For Learning-Disabled Student As Court Refuses Relief

A learning disability or a mental disorder cannot be termed a physical disability, the Bombay High Court said while refusing to direct the IIT Bombay to give a formal degree to a girl student suffering from dyscalculia, although she has completed a master's course.
