The Supreme Court is set to get another judge after the Collegium recommended the elevation of Karnataka High Court Chief Justice Prasanna B Varale.

The Supreme Court said on Monday it will have to constitute a bench to hear a plea against the collegium system of appointment of judges to the top court and high courts.
