Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Redevelopment

With the aim to provide enhanced facilities, New Delhi Railway Station and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Mumbai have been identified for redevelopment under the Hybrid Built-Operate-Transfer model.

Companies such as Adani Railways, GMR Enterprises and Oberoi Realty are among nine bidders for the redevelopment of Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, the Indian Railway Stations Development Corporation (IRSDC) said Tuesday.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Station Redevelopment: The redevelopment cost of the station, (including the cost of financing and contingency etc.) is Rs. 1642 crore, according to IRSDC

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Station Redevelopment: The selected bidder at the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage will take up the redevelopment project of the railway station

Ten firms, including an Adani Group company, have bid for redeveloping the heritage Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) Railway station as part of an over Rs 1,640-crore project.
