Karnataka High Court Stays Ban On Registration of 100 cc Two-Wheelers With Pillion Seat

The Karnataka High Court has issued the stay order on the government circular to ban the registration of two-wheeler with engine capacity of 100cc or below that come with pillion seat. The petition was filed by TVS and Hero MotoCorp

The Bajaj CT 100 Electric Start has been launched with an introductory price of Rs. 38,806 (ex-showroom, Maharashtra) while prices the bike commands a price tag of Rs. 41,997 (ex-showroom) in Delhi. This is the fourth variant to be introduced on the CT100.
