L T Marg police arrested a bank manager from Canara Bank for allegedly stealing Rs 24 lakh from his own branch. According to the cops, the accused, Chandrashekar Laxminarayan Appa Yemnul was arrested for theft after he walked out of his branch with two briefcases filled with cash after office hours.
