Britain's MI6 spy agency will go back to its old, informal "tap on the shoulder" method of hiring new agents in a bid to find more black and Asian recruits.

The world's most famous fictional spy, James Bond, would not find a job as a real world special agent, the new chief of Britain's Secret Intelligence Service MI6 said on Thursday.

Rodgers said Liverpool is now "looking at ... a player to come in, in that position" and that a new arrival would "allow some of our younger players to develop" as Rodgers would then allow Andre Wisdom to leave on a loan deal.
