Kottayam:
Ambassador of France in India Francois Richier on Sunday held discussions with Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy on various issues, including education and health.
Chandy had assured the official that he was ready to partner with France in areas where the state has skills especially in education and health sectors.
Richier said France was in the forefront in infrastructure and urban development which could be made useful for the development of Kerala, official sources said.
