The car, driven by a woman, who has since been arrested, had hit the group around 2.45 pm yesterday.
The footage showed Pooja Vishwakarma, standing on the divider, Isha in her arms, waiting for the traffic to stop. Three others waited with them - a man carrying heavy bags, identified since as Sajid Sheikh, his sister Nisha, and her 4-year-old son Syed Ali.
While most cars slowed down while passing the group, a grey vehicle coming at a high speed climbed over the divider and hit the group.
As the divider broke amid a cloud of dust, the people were seen tossed up into the air. The car lurched on its side, then righted itself, hit a pole on the divider and finally stopped nearly 15 feet away. Pooja, who was standing with Isha, is seen landing in the middle of the road.
