Hooda's big fat Jaipur wedding

After Haryana Chief Minister Bhoopinder Singh Hooda's Haryana wedding, it was the turn of Jaipur to host the high profile baraat.

On Sunday, his son Deepender Hooda tied the nuptial knot with Shweta, the sister of Congress MP from Nagaur Jyoti Mirdha. And many celebrities graced the big fat wedding.

The Rohtak MP's wedding saw a line-up of political guests cutting across party lines, from Congress bigwigs to BJP leaders.

While Congress MP Priya Dutt showered "best wishes for my good friend", Minister of State for Communication and Technology Sachin Pilot said: "I wish the couple a very happy successful married life."

From former cricketer Azharuddin and yoga guru Baba Ramdev, it was a high-profile guest list. Minister of State for Petroleum Jitin Prasad - who himself got married just last week - also took time out to be there.

And with Parliament session starting on Monday, it's almost certain that apart from the wedding festivities, politics must have also dominated the mood of the evening.
