The groovy number has a special guest appearance by Zarine Khan, who will be seen shaking a leg with Salman.
It will see Salman and Zarine playing different hit Hindi movie pairs from the past.
The song is Salman's tribute to legendary actors Raj Kapoor, Dilip Kumar and Dharamendra.
The actors will be seen playing Shahzada Salim and Anarkali respectively, in one act.
In another, the two will pay tribute to Hindi cinema's romantic duo from the past - Raj Kapoor and Nargis. Salman and Zarine will also recreate the magic of Viru and Basanti on screen.
Sallu fans have been raving about Character Dheela, which has more than one attraction to look forward to.
Fresh reports suggest that Sallu wants to re-shoot the song as he isn't happy with the rushes.
The song has been choreographed by Mudassar Khan, who had choreographed Salman in Dabangg.
Directed by Anees Bazmee, the film, which stars Asin Thottumkal in the feamle lead, is slated for a June 3 release.
Ready will be Salman's first release post super hit Dabangg.
Reports are that Salman Khan has also tweaked a song in Ready.
Salman also insisted on adapting Ringa Ringa (from hit Telugu flick Arya 2) and transformed it to Dhinka Chika in Ready.
