A five-storey modular home entitled - Cliff House - is nothing like anything you have seen before. "Entry to the home is through a carport on the top floor, where a lift vertically connects the user through each of the descending living spaces," writes the real-estate company Modscape on their website.

One would imagine this to be a single bedroom house with basic facilities. But it's not. It's as fancy as it can get, complete with a garage, foyer, dining/kitchen, three bedrooms, spa and BBQ area.

If ever there is dearth of space on this planet, you know who you should be dialling, right?!
