The couple was at the White House to highlight their major financial commitment to the Trump Accounts programme. Under the programme, eligible children born between 2025 and 2028 can receive a $1,000 government seed deposit in an investment account. Michael and Susan Dell have pledged billions of dollars to support the initiative.

During the appearance, Susan encouraged parents and grandparents to make sure their children and grandchildren claim their accounts. Trump also joked that he would give her his "complete and total endorsement" if she ever decided to enter politics.

However, clips and pictures from the event quickly drew attention on social media for a different reason. Users began closely examining Susan's facial expressions, hand movements and overall demeanour. Some social media users speculated that she may have undergone cosmetic procedures or other aesthetic treatments. Users on X questioned the appearance of her face and eyes, while others made similar observations.
