Alliance with DMK won't be affected: Congress

New Delhi: The Congress says that its alliance with the DMK will not be affected by A Raja's arrest.

"This is a legal matter, not a political one," said party spokesperson Janardhan Dwivedi.

The DMK and Congress are to jointly contest the elections in Tamil Nadu.

Mr Raja was arrested this afternoon by the CBI in connection with the 2G spectrum scam.
