Alburel (Albumin) 20% is sometimes used in dialysis patients to help low blood pressure caused by fluid removal with dialysis. It is generally safe in most patients including kidney patients. It is given intravenously (directly into blood). In dialysis patients, this is done by giving this medicine through dialysis machine.
