TVS filed the design patent of the RTX 300 in March 2025, and the test mule has also been spotted going around on several occasions. The patent images and test mule confirm the overall design of the Apache RTX 300. On the front, the brand's first adventure tourer will get twin LED headlamps, LED turn indicators, a muscular fuel tank, LED tail lamps, and a transparent windshield. The muscular tank will further enhance the aggressive proportion of the motorcycle. On the rear, the RTX 300 will carry a split-pillion grab rail connected to a luggage rack, and an upswept exhaust.

Previously, TVS showcased its RT-XD4 engine platform at the 2025 MotoSoul event, and the RTX 300 will be based on the same platform. The TVS Apache RTX 300 Adv will get a 300cc liquid-cooled engine. This power mill is said to develop a peak power and torque output of around 35 hp and 28.5 Nm, respectively.
